Refund policy

1. General Terms

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, as required by consumer protection law.

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

2. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed, as order processing and preparation for shipment begin immediately.

  • Refunds are only applicable under the return conditions described below, after the customer has received the product.

3. Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs (e.g., courier or postal fees).

  • The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. When Returns Are Not Accepted

  • If the product has been opened, used, or damaged due to the customer’s actions.

  • If more than 14 days have passed since the delivery was received.

  • Special food products (e.g., matcha powder) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons once the packaging is opened.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for items returned in proper condition (unopened, unused).

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the customer receives a damaged or defective product, they are entitled to request a replacement or refund. In such cases, the return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
