Subscription Policy for Matcha Deliveries

  1. Minimum Commitment

    • By subscribing, you agree to commit to at least two deliveries of our matcha products
  2. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation is only allowed after the second delivery.
    • Requests to cancel after the first delivery will not be accommodated under this policy.
  3. Subscription Modifications

    • You can update your delivery frequency or product selection, but cancellations are subject to the minimum two-delivery commitment.
  4. Billing

    • Billing occurs prior to each delivery. Ensure your payment details are updated to avoid disruptions.
